These Terms of Use apply to your use of saad.wp-india.in (the “website”), run by SaaD – Support All Abled Differently (“SaaD”, “we”, “us”), a registered public charitable trust based in Pune, India. By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. About the website

The website shares information about SaaD’s work with persons with Autism and other disabilities, our programmes, events and gallery, and gives you ways to contact us, donate and buy products handmade by our students.

2. Information only – not professional advice

Content on the website, including articles, blogs, videos and programme descriptions, is for general information and awareness. It is not medical, therapeutic, psychological, legal or financial advice. Every person’s needs are different, so please consult a qualified professional before making decisions about diagnosis, therapy or care.

3. Using the website

You agree to use the website lawfully and respectfully. You must not:

• misuse the website, try to gain unauthorised access to it, or disrupt how it works;
• send false, misleading, abusive or unlawful information through our forms or messages;
• copy, download or share photos or videos of our students and families for any purpose other than personal viewing.

4. Content and intellectual property

The text, photos, videos, logos and design of the website belong to SaaD or are used with permission, and are protected by law. You may share links to our pages. Please contact us before reusing any of our content. Photos and videos of the people we support are shared with their or their guardians’ consent and must not be reused, edited or republished.

5. Donations

• Donations to SaaD are voluntary and are used for our charitable work.
• Donations are generally not refundable. If you donate an incorrect amount by mistake, contact us as soon as possible and we will help.
• Tax benefits under section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961 depend on our registration being valid, on the mode of payment and on the details you provide. Cash donations above ₹2,000 are not eligible for deduction. Please provide your full name, address and PAN so that we can issue the correct receipt.
• For donations from outside India, please contact us before donating.

6. Shop – products handmade by our students

• Products are handmade by students as part of their skill-building and vocational training. Colours, sizes and finishes may vary, and photos are for illustration.
• Orders are placed by contacting us on WhatsApp. Availability, price, payment and delivery or collection are confirmed with you directly before an order is accepted.
• If an item you receive is damaged or not what you ordered, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve it.
• Money from sales supports SaaD’s programmes.

7. Links to other websites and services

The website may link to or embed content from other services, such as WhatsApp, YouTube and Vimeo. We do not control these services and are not responsible for their content, terms or privacy practices.

8. Availability and accuracy

We work to keep the website accurate and available, but we cannot guarantee that it will always be error-free, complete or uninterrupted. We may change, suspend or remove any part of the website at any time.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, SaaD is not liable for any loss or damage that results from using the website or relying on its content. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable law that cannot be excluded.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal information.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
